Refund Usage Policy

  • Each time a user message to bot and bot replies to user this count as one message. Every reply from bot including welcome message will count as one message.
  • Message plan counts monthly and adding credit to user account t monthly. If message pack remains in the end of month this will carry forward to next month and adding to next month message pack if the plan does not expired.
  • Customers can select any plan that fits your needs by sign up to Articbot website and instantly you can activate bot on your website.
  • If your message pack exceeded monthly limit, don’t worry you can purchase extra recharge pack from client console depends upon requirement, it will be charged extra.
  • At any time you can upgrade or degrade your selected plan depends upon your needs. But a premium version (Smart bot, intelligent bot) cannot be degraded to free version.
  • User can select a free version to verify our service but the message in free plan are limited and subjected to changes, once the message in this plan exceeded user can not recharge but they can upgrade to a premium version.
  • Clients can contact our 24*7 bot or customer desk if they feeling any problem in our service.
  • As per our features a spam blocker will be available in Articbot it will automatically block and delete any spam and in appropriate content your users sending and will be reported to your authorised person and block the user using system physical address.
  • Articbot is not responsible for any type of fraudulent or malpractice in your website by any other parties.
  • We only deliver a two line (API) code to our registered users to paste in their website to activate our service, this link is safe and security tested any other issues through.
  • We won’t ask any IP address, hosting details, or any other confidential details from our customers, and we won’t affiliated any other agencies to maintain, service or collect information from our customers.

Refund policy

  • We will refund your payment excluding transaction and integration charge if you are not satisfied in our product within 7 days from the day of purchase, post this there will not be any refund applicable to this.
  • Any message remaining in previous plan can be transferred to next version that also cannot be refunded.
